Comfort-first dematting
We prioritize the comfort and safety of your pet above all else. If your dog is heavily matted and dematting would be too distressing or painful, we will decline the service or recommend a safe alternative. Our job is to do this efficiently and painlessly - but we have our limits when it comes to well-being.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to change your plans. This lets us offer the spot to another furry friend on our waiting list. Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit on future bookings.
Products & sensitivities
We use exclusive European pet cosmetics - Special One and Pet Silk from New Zealand - all pH-balanced and tailored to specific coat types. Hypoallergenic lines are available for sensitive skin; mention it when booking.
How long does a groom take?
Most appointments take 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on size, coat condition, and temperament. You'll get a precise pick-up estimate at drop-off.
