Privacy policy

Petoria Pet Care is a family-run pet grooming business in NE Calgary, Alberta. We take your privacy seriously and collect as little information as possible.

What we collect

When you book a service we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), postal code (only for Pet Taxi eligibility), and information about your pet (name, breed, size, coat condition, behavioural notes). We collect this directly from you - either through this website, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or Instagram DM.

How we use it

Only to schedule, prepare for, and follow up on your booking. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party. We do not run a mailing list, marketing automation, or ad-tracking platform. Your details live in Lizzie’s personal phone and inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep basic contact and pet-history information for as long as you’re an active client, plus roughly two years for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing hello@petoria.ca.

Cookies & analytics

This website does not set any tracking cookies. We use localStorage only to remember that you dismissed the top announcement bar.

Your rights under PIPEDA

Alberta residents have the right under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) to access, correct, or ask us to delete the personal information we hold about them. Contact hello@petoria.ca and we’ll reply within 30 days.
