Before we pack any bags, we need to learn about your pet's personality, habits, and health. It takes less than 10 minutes - and helps us build the perfect stay.

The meet & greet (trial).
A 45–60 minute solo session so we can bond with your pet and observe how they settle into our home, without the parental distraction. It's the best way to make sure they feel safe before a long stay.

Official enrollment.
Your pet is officially a Petoria camper! To secure your spot in our calendar, a 20% deposit is required. Once received, the vacation begins.
Confirm dates
The “essentials kit” every camper needs.
To make the transition seamless, we ask every camper to bring a small kit. The familiar scents and routines help your pet settle in within minutes, not days.
Why this matters: pets read the world through their nose. Bringing their own bedding is the single fastest way to help them feel at home in ours.
Fuel - their regular food.
Please bring their familiar food in a sealed container, with clear feeding instructions. Sudden changes upset tummies.
Adventure gear.
Leash, harness, or secure carrier. For the daily walks and backyard expeditions.
The "home" scent.
A familiar bed or blanket that smells of home. The fastest way to help your pet settle in.
Treats & toys.
Bring their favorites. We only give treats provided by owners - to strictly follow your pet's diet.

Honest policies, honestly explained.
Because we exclusively host only one family at a time, we commit our entire home and schedule to your pets. When you book with us, we turn away all other requests for those dates.
AFull deposit refund
If you need to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund of your 20% deposit if notice is given 14 days (2 weeks) or more before the scheduled start date.
BPartial credit or retained deposit
Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the stay are generally non-refundable, but can be credited toward a future stay at our discretion.
CLate cancellations
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable - we've already turned away others and committed our schedule.
DForce majeure & special circumstances
We understand that life is unpredictable. In cases of genuine emergencies or force majeure events, we review each situation individually. We're human, and we always strive to find a fair solution for both parties.
