Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Petoria Pet Care services. By booking with us, you agree to them. Full, page-specific policies are also on the Grooming and Pet Camp pages.

Pricing

All listed prices are starting points. Final pricing depends on your pet’s size, coat condition, and temperament. We confirm the quote before we begin.

Cancellations — grooming

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to change a grooming appointment. Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit on future bookings.

Cancellations — Pet Camp

Pet Camp requires a 20% deposit on enrollment. Full refund with 14+ days notice; partial credit (at our discretion) for 7–13 days; non-refundable inside 7 days. Genuine emergencies are reviewed individually.

Dematting & welfare

We reserve the right to decline or stop any service that would cause your pet distress or pain. In severe matting cases we’ll recommend a safer alternative.

Pet Camp eligibility

Because Pet Camp is a home, we only accept pets who are non-aggressive toward humans. A 45–60 minute Meet & Greet is mandatory before any long stay.

Liability

In the unlikely event of a veterinary emergency, we’ll contact you and your designated emergency contact, and take your pet to your preferred vet or the nearest 24-hour clinic in Calgary. Emergency veterinary costs are the owner’s responsibility.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
